What if you stop
paying me?
Your guaranteed rent agreement is a legal contract — your payments are secured regardless of our occupancy levels. That's the entire point of the model. We carry the occupancy risk, not you.
What's the contract length — can I exit?
Most agreements run 1 year+, with terms clearly agreed upfront in writing. Exit clauses are discussed openly before you sign — there are no nasty surprises.
What if guests damage my property?
Every guest pays a security deposit before they arrive. We take care of all routine maintenance and wear-and-tear. Using the deposit and Airbnb's available cover to chase resolution. Our job is to protect your property and minimise any impact on you.
Is this legal? What about my mortgage?
Guaranteed rent schemes are entirely legal. However, some mortgage lenders require consent to let for short-term rentals — we'll advise you on this during the initial conversation so you know exactly where you stand.
